What we collect

Waitlist signup: Your email address and the source of your signup (e.g., hero form, footer form). This is stored in our email service provider (Resend).

Future Self Letter tool (/try): Your first name, goal, and optional life context are sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate your letter. This data is processed in real time and is not saved to any database or user account by Arc.

Founding member purchase: Payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your payment information. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data.

How we use your data

• Email addresses are used to send you updates about Arc's launch and occasional growth prompts grounded in positive psychology.
• We do not sell, share, or rent your personal information to third parties.
• We do not use tracking cookies. Site analytics are provided by Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is privacy-first and does not use cookies or fingerprinting.

Third-party services

• Resend — email delivery and audience management
• Anthropic — AI letter generation (data processed, not stored)
• Stripe — payment processing for founding member purchases
• Cloudflare — hosting, CDN, and privacy-first web analytics

Your rights

You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing [email protected]. You can unsubscribe from emails using the link in any email we send.

The Arc app (coming summer 2026)

The Arc iOS app is designed privacy-first. Journal entries are encrypted and stored on your device. Only anonymized summaries are ever used for AI features. A full app privacy policy will be published before launch.
